Administration Utility |

To start the Administration Utility click "WorldClient Admin" in the WorldClient program group (in the Windows menu Start | Programs).

This GUI application can be used to:
Start/Stop
the WorldClient and/or Admin Server services
- Click
or
on the toolbar for whichever service that you wish to start or stop.
Pause the mouse pointer over the icon to see a tool tip that will
identify which service the button controls, or pause
the mouse pointer over the icon and read the description in the
status bar at the bottom of the window.
You can also start or stop the services by using the Setup menu.
Monitor and Kill the active sessions - Whenever a user is logged in to WorldClient Pro, information about their session will appear in the bottom pane of the Administration Utility. You can kill a user's session by right clicking the session and choosing Kill Session from the shortcut menu. You can kill all active sessions simultaneously by choosing Select All from the menu before clicking the Kill Session option.

View WorldClient Statistics - WorldClient Pro's session statistics appear in the right-side pane.
View, Print, Delete, or Save any portion of the displayed log - The left pane displays the most recent portion of WorldClient Pro's log activity. Right click in this pane and choose Select All from the shortcut menu to select the entire log, or drag the mouse over any portion of this pane to select it. Right click the selected portion of the log and choose Print or Delete. If Print is chosen, the selected portion will be opened in Notepad for saving or printing. If Delete is chosen then the selected portion will be deleted.
Open the Remote Administration interface locally for managing WorldClient Pro - Click Setup | Properties or click the Properties icon on the toolbar to open the Remote Administration Interface in your browser. You can use this interface to monitor and edit all of WorldClient Pro's system and user settings, and to kill any active sessions if needed.
Toggle user access to the WorldClient Watch installer - Click "Allow users to download WorldClient Watch" on the Tools menu to toggle user access to the WorldClient Watch installer.
Set
the Remote Admin logon
- From the toolbar
or Tools menu you can open a dialog used for setting the login
parameters for the Remote
Administration
web interface.
Broadcast
a message
to all currently logged in WorldClient users. Click the toolbar icon
or choose the "Broadcast&ldots;" option from the Tools menu
to open the Broadcast Message dialog. You can compose a small message
of up to 512 bytes. All logged in users will see this message
displayed the next time that they change pages in WorldClient. Users
running WorldClient Watch will see the message displayed in a pop up
box the next time that their mail is checked.
